The hotel was situated near a convenient location with clean rooms and good food. We had access to a balcony and AC in our rooms, however, some bathrooms had leaks. the hotel offered a decent breakfast package with a few cooked items and a hot beverage. the staff was friendly and polite, but the service was delayed at times.
The hotel needs to improve its hygiene and cleanliness standards to provide a comfortable stay.

The hotel had clean rooms with good AC and TVs. Breakfast was included in our package which came with a cooked item and a hot beverage. the taste of the food served was good. Plus, the hotel was located near our relatives' home so it was very convenient for us.
The service could have been better. We had to explicitly ask reception for towels and hot water.
